Timber reward points expire after ninety (90) days of inactivity by customer. Inactivity is defined as no purchases within a consecutive ninety (90) day period following customer’s last date of purchase. Once an account is deemed inactive, which occurs after the 90th day of inactivity, their reward points shall be deemed expired and unredeemable. If customer does return and complete another purchase after the period of inactivity the ninety (90) day time period shall begin again and all terms above shall apply. As long as customer completes a purchase every ninety (90) days or less, their points shall be allowed to accumulate until they have been redeemed. Timber Cannabis Co. reserves the right to change this policy anytime without notice.
